items not locally picked up are shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic orders. All orders will receive confirmation and shipping emails. When we ship your item, we will forward tracking information to you. you can log in to your account at any time to check the progress on your order.
All returns for items that are not
defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days
of receiving merchandise back in new and unused condition. Shipping charges are
